Sr. HRBP
Hyderabad
|Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- The person will either work independently for a small business unit (less than 50 employees) or work under supervision of senior HRBP to support the employees and managers of a Business Unit (BU) with employee strength of < 100 employees in meeting the BU/ Organizational Goals. Would support the employee on-off boarding, mobility, employee relations, policy implementation, employee performance management, and employee recognition programs. Supports organizational development initiatives such as employee engagement survey, employee development, succession planning and organizational change
- Supports HRBP on the delivery of HR processes and the implementation of HR programs (onboarding, learning & development activities, etc) at the BU Ensures the smooth execution of 0n-boarding and off-boarding processes Supports HRBP in managing performance improvement plan (PIP) and performance management process.
- Manages employee relations, employee’s grievance, and disciplines in basic to low-complex context.
- Supports HRBP in developing and implementing solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Works with HRBP to provide initiatives and improvements for current and new HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Provides HR metrics and status updates on each of the metrics to the reporting manager. Assists the reporting manager in HR Dashboard for the business unit.
- 4. Ensures communication, timelines, and metrics are met for assigned business/function. Provides support to the business unit on organizing the company specific trainings.
- Completes self-assessment as per organizational timelines. Participates in organizational events and activities like townhall, employee engagement events, R & R programs etc to encourage, motivate and recognize the team
